Nature and Traditional Bathing
The barrel's deep, vertical design is meant to mimic the immersive cold shock one would receive by jumping into a hole cut in the ice, a practice common in Russia and Scandinavia.
Using cedar staves and natural finishes connects the user to traditional wooden bathing vessels, reinforcing the elemental connection to earth and water.

The Morozko Tall Ice Barrel is inspired by swimming in the cold ocean. As the largest true ice bath in the world, Tall Barrel allows plungers to tread water while plunging. Alternatively, the Morozko Short Ice Barrel mimics the experience of plunging into a frozen lake.
