Thomas P. Seager, PhD is an Associate Professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering & the Built Environment at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.  He has authored over 150 scientific articles and you can read more about his work on human resilience, personal psychology, and entrepreneurship at his personal blog https://seagertp.substack.com/.

 

Thomas recently published the first limited edition of Uncommon Cold: The Science & Experience of Cold Plunge Therapy.  The first printing is sold out, but an updated second edition will be available on Amazon in the summer of 2024.
