First Responders Roundtable
This workshop is designed specifically for first responders looking to incorporate cold therapy techniques into their recovery & wellness routines. As heroes who put their bodies on the line daily, first responders deserve evidence-based recovery tools.

Adam Boyd, a former SWAT operator, police officer, and Detective, specializes in resilience training and wellness for first responders. As the founder of Soleful Training, he provides first responders and military personnel with practical tools to build physical, mental, and emotional resilience.

Matthew Domyancic is a medically retired police officer that worked patrol, Peer Support, SWAT, and as a full-time police academy instructor. Matt volunteers as a chaplain and peer support for police agencies in Los Angeles. He also is a volunteer for nonprofits that support police officers in crisis, as well as those that are injured and disabled.

Rich Ganley created the Positive Impact Alliance (PIA) which is dedicated to giving back and honoring our public servants. The PIA created several special programs that are helping First Responders, Education Staff and other public servants reduce stress and improve mental, emotional, family and physical health & wellness.
