Cold Plunge Research Institute (CPRI) 3rd Annual Symposium

The United States is at a critical inflection point in our understanding of health, wellness, and longevity. An epidemic of chronic illness that all originate in insulin resistance has brought progress on American life expectancy to a standstill. Cold water immersion therapy can help, but neither clinicians nor the public knows whom they can trust for reliable information on the benefits, risks, and protocols.
