Cold Plunge Research Institute Roundtables
Morozko Forge hosted The Cold Plunge Research Institute Roundtables in summer 2025 at Morozko Forge studios. The roundtables were a 2 day event focused on specialized workshop sessions & learning how to incorporate cold plunge therapy into the practices of athletes, businesses owners, first responders & medical/science professionals. Included in these roundtables were various featured speakers, catered lunch, & the opportunity to experience the power of cold plunge therapy firsthand. Morozko aims to hold a Cold Plunge Research Institute Conference in the upcoming year.
Sports Roundtable:
This workshop reviewed how athletes can use cold therapy techniques to enhance their competition & speed recovery. As athletes push their bodies to the limits during competition, they need to use recovery & injury prevention tools to become a next level athlete. Our featured speakers for this roundtable were Sean Drake, Shea Thompson, & AQ Shipley.

As professionals who base decisions on scientific evidence daily, scientists & medical practitioners value the data & research of cold therapy. Our featured speakers for this roundtable were Thomas Seager, PhD, Andrea Romero, Nicole Rincon MS, PA-C, & Dr. Jacob D. Perkins.

The roundtables were held at Morozko Forge Studio at 7150 W Roosevelt St, STE A-161, Phoenix, AZ 85043. Parking was available right outside of the venue in the parking lot.
