Warranty Information

 

If anything on your Morozko breaks within your warranty period,

you're covered.

 

• New Morozko Forge & Original Forge: 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunction.

• Morozko Ice Bath & Ice Plunge: 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunction.

• Hydrogen Hot Bath, Arktika, XL Ice Plunge, Ice Barrel & PRO models: 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunction. XL and PRO models also come with a 72-hour on-site service guarantee. If your issue can't be fixed over the phone, we will have a Morozko tech at your site within 72 hours to minimize downtime at your business.
   

NOTE: Morozko warranties are non-transferable and non-relocatable without the explicit permission from Morozko. The Morozko warranty is limited to the ice bath itself. Morozko is a water-based appliance from which water will inevitably escape during normal operation. We recommend placing your Morozko ice bath only on a surface that will tolerate standing water without incurring damage. Morozko bears no responsibility for damage to surrounding structures or finishes. 

To protect your wooden lid, place your Morozko in a location, either indoors or outdoors, that will be shielded from direct sunlight, rain, snow, lawn sprinklers, and other sources of excessive moisture. Regular reapplication of Morozko's recommended tung oil will also help extend the life of your wooden lid.​

Return Policy

If you are not ecstatic with your purchase within 30 days of taking delivery, you may return your Morozko for a refund of the purchase price, less initial shipping costs.  Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee charged for all units.
