How Long Do You Recommend Staying in the Ice Bath?

You can achieve ultimate health benefits at 2 minutes. That is the minimum length of time we recommend, and you will notice it is time to get out by your shiver response. We really prefer to keep our plunges under ten minutes, until you are well versed in your own practice.
